The family therapy it is a type of treatment designed to help with issues that specifically affect the mental health and functioning of families. Some of the main goals of family therapy is to create a better environment in the home, solve family problems, and understand the unique problems you may face one family.

Due to this form of treatment deals with communication, the members of the family can learn how to best share their thoughts and needs and resolve conflicts in a way that is less likely to damage relationships. 

This type of therapy also focuses on how family members can address the difficulties of an individual member of the family. For example, if a family member has a mental health condition, family therapy can help to modify some of the conditions that sometimes contribute to the problem.

When people are affected by mental illness, family members may not be
aware of how to help. As a result, they may engage in behaviors that maintain or even worsen aspects of the disease. Family therapy can help family members learn more about what we can do to support their family member who has a mental disorder while preserving your own mental well-being.
